She is survived by: her children, John Welk (late Carolyn), Ed Welk, Carol McBrien (George) and Barb Cooper (Roger); her grandchildren, Michael Cooper, Jennifer Cooper, Kristen Huber, Justin Miller, Leah Keller and Lexi Welk; her great grandchildren, Kalise, Sean, Justin, Brandon, Mason, Arya and Gavin; and her brother Edmund Henneke. She is also survived by her family, friends.
