With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mariam Mary Vasiliou of Dundalk, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2025 at the age of 90. In the vast expanse of eternity, may Mariam Mary find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vangeli Raptis and Hripsime Raptis of Jehovah's Witness; her children, Lilly and John; and her grandchildren, Emmanuel, Katerina and Zafiri.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (7225 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224).
