She is survived by: her children, Dean Thomas Salaris Sr. (Donna) and Stephanie Jean Phillips (Raymond); her grandchildren, Stephen Phillips, Dean Thomas Salaris Jr. and Nasia Salaris; and her siblings, Betty West and George Shade. She is also survived by many loving friends and family.
