She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Hoffman; her son Joseph F. Hoffman; her grandson Blake Hoffman; and her sister Margaret Wenker. She is survived by: her children, John F. Hoffman, Jr. (Shari), June M. Fuller (Lynn), Joyce M. Woutila (Ronald) and Helen M. Shiflett (Kevin); her grandchildren, Lynn Fuller, Jr., JoAnna Frew, Kellie McCarthy, Jamie Woutila, Katlyn Hoffman, Joseph Hoffman, Jr., Alyssa Shiflett, Ciara Hoffman and Austin Shiflett; and her great grandchildren, Bridger, Veyda, Trey, Beckett, Cullen and Summit.
