It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Edna Higgins of Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on February 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son James Higgins; her siblings, Beverly, Howard, Steven and Vernon; and her parents, Howard Lipinski and Emma Lipinski.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bolyard (Dale) and Dennis Higgins (Theresa); her grandchildren, Jason, Megan (Will), Amanda and Amber (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Andy, Julian, Camden, Kaeden, Cole, Maximus, Macie and Hayley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
