It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Brown Jr. (Dundalk, Maryland), who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Montgomery Brown and Melvin Warren Brown, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Linda Kimmich. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Lewis Brown and Margie Jones of Westminster; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Barton of Dundalk, Dr. Sarah Barton Samoluk and Janine Thibodeau of Nova Scotia, Canada.; his wife Susan Barton Brown; his children, Michael (Erina Brown), Cathy Shelton, Jessica (Justin Chambers), Stephen (Tiffany Hagel) and Kevin (Danielle Hagel); his grandchildren, Ashley Hudnell, Jason Brown, Evan Brown, Andrew Shelton, Freya Hagel and Zelda Hagel; his nephews, Jeremy Strassman and Justin GIvens; Sara.
