Chrzanowski; her husband James Thomas Peleska; her daughter-in-law Amy Davis Peleska; her sons, Stephen Peleska (Joan) and Douglas Peleska; and her grandchildren, Justin Peleska, Kaitlin Peleska and Joseph Peleska.

In lieu of flowers Nancy wished that any tributes be made in the firm of a charitable donation to the Saint Judes Children Hospital.
