He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lambert and Joan Lambert (Stoudt) of Dundalk, MD.; and his brother Jack Lambert, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Richard C. Lambert, Jr. of Oregon; his siblings, Robert Lambert (Judy) of Delmar, DE and Georgia Allen (Hal) of Westminster, MD; his nieces, Kristine Menchey (Ron) of Manchester, MD and Jackie Grenway of Owings Mills, MD; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle and Lyndsay Menchey.
