Richard Cox Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cox of Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Cox. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, Linda, Chucky and Tommy; and his stepsons, Paul (Sandra) and Tom (Jessica).
