He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Gephardt, Brenda Augustyniak, Darlene Repko and Randy Rix; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Bobby, Derek, Michael, Ryan, Marc, Kara and Josh. He is also survived by great grandchildren and many other friends and family.
