She was predeceased by: her husband William G. Kerns, Sr.; her son William G. Kerns, Jr.; and her siblings, Betty J. Donahue, Donna M. Dulaney, Raymond E. Dulaney, Jr., Robert A. Dulaney, James N. Dulaney, Richard T. Dulaney, David D. Dulaney and Roger D. Dulaney.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Wittekind (William), Susan D. Kramer (Don), Janet M. Kerns, Clifford L. Kerns and Timothy L. Kerns; and her sister Leora E. Wenrich. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Family-Owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
