He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parker and Betty Parker; and his brothers, Bill and Frank Parker. He is survived by: his siblings, Reece Kessler (Mike), Bessie Williams (Jeff) and Tommy Parker; and his little buddy Nevaeh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
