She was predeceased by: her husband Paul H. Niegsch; her daughter Pauline Niegsch; and her parents, Frank Sterner and Emma Sterner. She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Niegsch Bailey (Jack); her grandchildren, Tiffany Martin (Jack) and Christy Hewitt (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Josiah Martin and Camden Hewitt.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations in Mrs. Niegsch's name be made to Union United Methodist Church, 5225 Sweet Air Road Baldwin, MD 21013.
