He is survived by: his former wife Sharon O'Dell-Creed; his sons, Matthew H. Creed and Ethan R. Patrick; his siblings, Brinda Minnick-Presnell and David Creed; his sister-in-law Jacqueline L. Creed; his nibling Chris Canfield; and his aunt Carol Yancey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
