She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Jane Young; and her sister Robin Carole Young. She is survived by: her children, Alex B. Young and Erin N. Miller; her friend Kent Schellinger; her father John R. Young, Sr. of Middle River, MD.; her siblings, Susan Hayes (Bill) of Middle River, MD, John R Young, II (Joanna) of Nottingham, MD. and Barry Young; her grandson Dominic McCormick; and her close friend Anastasia (Stasia).
