With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Lynn Carter of Dundalk, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on September 10, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl G. Williar and Elizabeth J. Williar (Cecil); and her siblings-in-law, Fritz Carter and Beverly Scheller. She is survived by: her daughter Anita Carter Grimes (Bill); her husband George Carter; her sister Lorraine (Bob); her cousins, Ralph "Pete" Skelley, Rita Lepley and Diane Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Carter, Janet Kyte, Marie Coxon, Rose McVey, Madeline Simms, Louise Burleson (Ron) and Wayne Carter (Delores). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
