He was predeceased by: his child Richelle Broda; and his siblings, Alice Smith, Roy Jacobs, Jr. and Patsy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Kaye Jacobs; his children, Wayne B. Jacobs II and Rachel Evans (Jeff); his grandchildren, Wayne Jacobs III, Brittany and Brandon Gray; his great grandchild Alex; and his sisters, Dorothy Harding, Ruth Akers, Blanche Weir and Lucille Nantz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
