He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Samuels. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Samuels (Pamela Jones) and Gregory Samuels; his grandchildren, Devin, Cayden and Mason Samuels; and his siblings, Joanne Parker and John Zapf.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Hill Memorial Gardens (10201 Bird River Rd, Baltimore, MD 21220).
