He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carroll and Lillian Carroll (Norfolk); his wife Anita Marie; his sibling's children, William "Billy" Zentgraft and Jana Howard; Elsie M. Zentgraft (William "Bill"), Margaret J. Howard (Charles "Tink") and Steve Shepard.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Genevieve "Gennie" Zentgraft of Prince Frederick, Christina "Christy" Rickett of Prince Frederick, Charles Allen Zentgraft of Prince Frederick and Michelle "Shelley" Heier of Lothian.
