She was predeceased by: her parents, Forst Phillips and Edna Phillips; and her sister Martha Young. She is survived by: her husband Roy; her children, Monty Beard (Lori) of Annapolis and Julia Neumann (Colt) of Orlando, Florida; her grandson James; and her siblings, Janet Cord, Marilyn Sarlin, Frances Norton and Phillip Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
