It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Justine Newman Carter (Dunkirk, Maryland), who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by : her children, Anthony DuBois Carter, Kim Carter Turner, Krista Carter York (Bill) and Kevin Edwin Carter (Melissa); her grandchildren, Langston Turner (Tamara), Nicole Turner, Kourtney Skinner, Dominic Turner, Eugene Skinner III, Kevin Carter, Jr. and Aiden Carter; and her great grandchildren, Ayanna Rowe, Tyrone Rowe, Jr., Langston Turner, Jr., Madyson Turner and Jurnee Turner.
