Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sandra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Dallas and Maude Matilda Whiteman (Hardman); and her husband Larry Moxey. She is survived by: her son Robert "Bob" Moxey of Dunkirk; and her niece Jennifer Carter. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (8816 Chesapeake Ave, North Beach, MD 20714).
