It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Corser (Dunkirk, Maryland), born in Cherryvale, Kansas, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Lee Corser (Dant); his parents, Merriel Ray and Zolla Corser (Wilson); and his brothers, Norman and Jimmy Corser.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryal Stokes (Zane) and Bo Corser (Christine); his grandchildren, Joey, Robbie, Nick and Jenny Corser; and his niece Karen Byers (Joe). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Raymond-Wood Funeral Home (10684 Southern Maryland Blvd, Dunkirk, MD 20754). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
