He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Hawkins and Ruth Hawkins (McCreary); and his sisters, June Lowe and Barbara Sumpter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela A. Hawkins (Munch); his daughter Tammy Morgan; his grandson Wayde Griffis; his niece Rebecca Tucker (Bobby); his great-nephew Blake Tucker; his great-niece Olivia Tucker; and his stepchildren, Mary Wislocki and Sean Hickey (Renee). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
