It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A Russell of Earleville, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Russell and Lorraine Whiting Russell; and his brother Gregory Russell. He is survived by : his wife Wilhelmina "Billie" Jo Russell; his children, Sarah Farrow of Earleville, MD, Kevin West (Shana) of Georgetown, DE and Jeffrey West (Logan) of Cecilton, MD; his grandchildren, Austin, Kaylee, Paige, Kowen and Karper; and his siblings, Bryant Russell (Anne), Fay Foley, Amy Shiel, Susan Martin (Christopher), Denise Russell, Peter Russell and Steve Russell (Becky).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Stephens Episcopal Church Cemetery Fund, 10 Glebe Rd., Earleville, MD 21919 or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
