She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Fritz and Charlotte Fritz (Anders); and her husband Andrew William Dower. She is survived by : her children, Sally Gray (Mike) of Port Deposit, MD, Adriane Bender (Thomas) of Port Deposit, MD, Emily Johnston (Coy) of Lewes, DE, Eddie Dower (Christine) of West Chester, PA and Bill Dower (Becky) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Andrew Gray, Carly Bender, Ava Bender, Nash Johnston and Esme Johnston; and her nieces and nephews, Shana Bryan, Sarah Kise, Adam, Drew, Abigail Webster and Katie Skowronski.
