Fisher (Jeff) of Earleville, MD; his brothers, William James (Jackie) of Enterprise, AL and Wayne James (Sharon) of Roswell, GA; and his grandchildren, Brittany Rutkowski (Erik) of Charlotte, NC and Conrad Rutkowski of Lewes, DE..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen (118 W Cross St, Galena, MD 21635). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
