She was predeceased by: her parents, David Davis and Jessie Davis (Browning); her sister Dorothy Lynn Loper; and her brother-in-law James Loper. She is survived by: her husband Wesley A. Hewitt, Jr.; her children, Wesley "Wes" D. Hewitt and Jessica A. Hewitt; her grandchildren, Chelsea L. Velazquez (Moises Velazquez), Wesley D. Hewitt, Jr., Max D. Hewitt, Emily Powers (Jacob Powers) and James P. Hewitt; and her great grandchildren, Mateo A. Velazquez, Scotti L. Powers and Oliver Velazquez. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews; as well as several other extended family.
