Sparks of East New Market, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Dietrich and Pauline Jackson Dietrich; her spouse Francis Sparks; and her siblings, Frank Dietrich and Audrey Cannon.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Jackson (Billy); her grandchildren, Olivia Foskey (Chuck) and Andrew Jackson; her great grandchild Charlie Foskey; her stepsons, Garry Sparks, Barry Sparks (Ann) and Larry Sparks; and her brothers, Donald Dietrich (Peggy) and Allen Dietrich (Penny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
