He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Marvel and Elizabeth Holland Marvel. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Milligan Marvel; his daughter Kimberly Brown (Jeff) of Easton; his grandsons, Hunter Brown and Carson Brown; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Covey (Kenny) of Seaford and Bonnie Franz of Hurlock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
