Angela Callaghan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Callaghan of Easton, Maryland, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Christopher Howard and Mary Dowling Howard; her husband Arthur Terence Callaghan; and her siblings, Michael, Liam, James Howard, Ethna Burgess, Veronica Varley, Monica Marsden and Majella Boykin.
She is survived by: her children, Gayna Callaghan Bentley (Mark Williams) of Whitworth, Terry Callaghan of Chester, MD and Paul Callaghan (Crystal) of Denton, MD; her grandchildren, Terence Connor Callaghan (Lucy) of Clover, SC, Arthur William Callaghan of Chester, MD, Michael Ryan Callaghan of Chester, MD and Caroline Sophie Callaghan of Denton, MD.; her sister Jocelyn Dowling Frier (Geoff) of Salford; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Howard (England) of Salford and Stan Marsden of Rhyl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church (106 S 1st St, Denton, MD 21629).
