She was predeceased by: her father William Hines; her brothers, Mercer and Stanley Turner; her aunts, Anna Brown and Audrey White; and her uncle Dwight Roberts.
She is survived by: her mother Catherine Hines; her sons, Cornell Ryans and Carl Mealey III; her granddaughter Lyric Mealey; her sisters, Patty Travers (Kermit), Mary Bordley and April Bordley; her uncles, David Hicks (Sharon), Gregory and Tyrone Roberts (Arlene); and her sister-in-law Francis Turner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Safe Harbor Presbyterian Church (931 Love Point Rd, Stevensville, MD 21666). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
