She was predeceased by : her parent Mildred Anna Scott Jones; her stepfather Freeman Jones Jr.; her uncles, Willis B. Scott Jr. and Bee Bee; and her grandparents, Willis B. Scott Sr., Anna L. and Frederick N. Mitchell.

She is survived by : her daughter Brianna N. Wooden; her grandson Keegan B. Wooden; her sister Frederica Perry (Craig); her nephew Kevon I. Shaw; her cousins, Anna Howie (Kirk), Stephanie Scott, Jaylen, KJ and Teagan Howie; and her friends, Robin O'Brien, Harriette Lowry, Julie Burgstahler and Donna Parks.
