He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Vipperman; his daughter Amanda Boyd (England) of Winchester; his stepson Christian Luik of Falls Church, Virginia; his daughters-in-law, Heather Harrison and Lara Luik; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayden Harrison and Rory Luik; his brother Danny Boyd; his sister-in-law Brenda Boyd of Tallahassee, Florida.; his father Calep A. Boyd, Jr.; his brother Mark Boyd; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Bartholomew, Chris Bartholomew, Mary Todd Bartholomew, Tracey Bartholomew and Nancy Burden. He was also cherished by nine nieces and nephews, a great-niece and numerous cousins.
