She was predeceased by: her son Nathan Scott Kelley; and her grandfather W. Merrick Saulsbury Jr. Additionally. She is survived by: her daughters, Adeline Grace Kelley and Ceciliya Rose Stephenson; her parents, Jennifer L. Saulsbury (Ronald) and Warren Phillips II (Robin); her husband Joshua Stephenson; her sisters, Morgan A. Phillips and Paityn O. Phillips; her grandparents, Warren, Christina Phillips and Barbara Saulsbury; her aunts and uncles, Aaron Phillips (Melissa), Tara Phillips Zellman (Fred), Amber Phillips Dawson (Brian) and Les Saulsbury; and her close friend Willow Learned.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Easton Church of the Brethren (412 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601).
