He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Riter and Jeannette Finn; his wife Harriett Riter; his sons, David Riter (Debbie) of Owings Mills, MD and Daniel Riter (Robyn) of Pikesville, MD; his siblings, Barbara Riter of Providence, RI and Stephen Riter of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Samantha, Rachel, Becca, Max, Jesse and Jack; and his great grandchild James.
