He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Parks and Emma Louise Parks (Parrott); his sister Ellen Parks Lane; and his son C. Jeffrey Parks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Favinger; his daughter Carole Ann Clem (Warren); his daughter-in-law Mandy Parks; his grandchildren, Adam J. Parks (Katie), Seth Parks, Graydon Clem (Sierra) and Allison Clem; his great grandchild Hudson Ellis Parks; and his siblings, Nancy Webster, Stephen Parks and Keith Parks.
