He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean; his daughters, Patricia Winchester Underland and Ellen H. Merkey (Tom); his stepchildren, Karla Blimes (Michael) and Steve Holland (Jackie); his siblings, Louis Selby Crouch Jr. (Cristina) and Beverly Young; his grandchildren, Erica Collins (Ryan), Sarah Sampson (Doug), Laura Heller (Jason) and Scott Underland (Kristen); his stepgrandchildren, Zach Entwistle, Alaine Fulton (Michael), Jon Perry Entwistle (Scarlett), Matt Morris (Missy), Andy Morris (Lauren) and Jonathan Morris; and his former wife Jeannette Marx. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
