It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald J. Swann (Easton, Maryland), born in Royal Oak, Maryland, who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Wilford Swann and Helen Rebecca Kennedy.
