She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Wilson Bailey. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Phillips (Jeff); her granddaughters, Isabella Barksdale (Anthony) and Miranda Phillips; her brother Albert "Jay" Travers (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Short Baltimore MD (late Noreen) and Charlene Travers (late Darley) of Hebron, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
