He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Earl Rinehart and Dorothy M. Rinehart. He is survived by: his wife Mary Consuelo Rinehart (Connie); his son Erin Matthew Rinehart (Jennifer); his grandsons, Adam and Connor Rinehart; and his brother Charles E. Rinehart (Shirley) of New Windsor. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
