She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Franklin Williams, Sr. and Hazel Virgina Johns Williams; her siblings, Rossetta Smith (Willie Lee Smith, Sr.), Marcella Thomas (Edward Thomas, Sr.), Martha McRae (Earnest Charles McRae) and Howard Garnett Williams, Sr. (Alethia Moaney Williams); and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Lee Smith, Ray Anthony Smith, Matthew Waine Smith, Glenn Williams, Craig Williams and Rosetta Beatrice Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Lesa G. Williams-Richardson; her aunt Nannie Webb; her cousin Edward Webb; her brother Issac Franklin Williams, Jr.; and also Frank Holland of Hurlock, Maryland..
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Talbot Evangelistic Church (6099 Ocean Gateway, Trappe, MD 21673). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
