He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann McPhillips and Hugh Charles McPhillips II; his brother Patrick McPhillips; and his granddaughters, Robin McPhillips Duros (Nick Duros) and Heather Meagan Foster (Buddy Foster). He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
