He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Elliott Cook and Sarah Marie Embert Cook; his wife Elizabeth L. Cook; and his siblings, Gordon Lee Cook, Charles A. Cook, Hazel Baxter, Anna Mae Cook and Joan Fairbank.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lee Kiss (Andras) of Cambridge, Bonnie Jean Domulewicz (Raymond, JR.) of Hurlock, Lori Lynne Moran (Gary) of Federalsburg and James "Jimmy" L. Cook, Jr. of Ridgely; his brother John M. Cook (Phyllis) of Easton; his grandchildren, Erica Anna Kiss (Bruce), Raymond John Domulewicz III (Jeanna) and Austin Lee Bennett (Alexis Outten); and his great grandchildren, Raymond Domulewicz IV, Ivonna Domulewicz and Leon Bennett.
It was Mr. Cook's wish that, in lieu pf flowers, donations be sent to the Talbot Hospice Foundation, 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, MD 21601.
