We announce the death of Janice H. Plutschak of Easton, Maryland, who passed away on July 7, 2026, at the age of 87. Janice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Janice will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Janice’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Hubbard, Jr. and Clara Kline Shelly Hubbard of Oak St; and her husband Ernest H. Plutschak (Bob). She is survived by: her daughter Paula C. Nelson (Gene) of Honey Brook, PA; and her stepgrandsons, Joseph Nelson (Nicole) of Wadsworth, OH and Jonathan Nelson (Beth) of Canton, OH. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces, cherished friends.
