He is survived by: his wife Sherell Brooks; his children, Sheonna Gibson (Tanzeel), Shelea Tention (Dajohs) and Rishawn Brooks; his grandchildren, Azhier Tention, Naseem Tention, Sanaya Raoof, Nyelle Tention, Samia Raoof, Tymere Tention, Sameer Raoof and Messiah Brooks; and his siblings, Melvin Blake (Cheryl), Bradford Brooks (Janice), Anna Wilson, Marlene Brown, Aretter Cunningham and Bronta Bell (Terrance). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, cousins, great nephews, great nieces and many friends.
