Stephen M Houston lit a candle

“From my very first conversation with Louis, I remember how she was a light in almost every dark thought pattern. I knew Louis in a distant friendship for many years. Every individual who I knew that encountered her remember her for her strength in adversity. Quick witted, bright and articulate are just some of my memories of Louis. A dear individual. My thoughts and prayers to all who knew her.”
