She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Richard "Dick" Lesher and Noreen Francis. She is survived by: her brothers, Frank and Anthony; her husband William J. Burrows Jr.; her children, Rebecca A. Burrows and William J. Burrows III (Jackie); and her grandsons, James and Jacob. She is also survived by her two brothers, a plethora of adored nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and many, many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Talbot Hospice Foundation, the Talbot County Volunteer Fire Department, or the Wounded Warriors Project.
