She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hooker and Ann Chatman Hooker. She is survived by: her spouse Petrus "Pete" Vanderbyl; her son Adrianus "John" Vanderbyl (Caitlyn) of Preston, MD; and her siblings, Kathleen Evans of Barto, PA and Edwin Hooker of Salisbury, MD. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
