He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Todd and Katherine Higgins Todd; his wife Betty; his daughters, Rebecca Sarni (Dave), Katherine Lowery (J. R.), Mary Sue Brewer (Richard) and Norma Lee Todd (Bill); and his sister Donna Redden. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
